Dentist Overview
Dr. Steven Frimtzis is a Southern California native who was raised in Palos Verdes, just south of
Los Angeles. He received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, 1987. Dr. Frimtzis practiced in San Diego until 1994, when he moved to the Coachella Valley and started his private practice in Indian Wells. Dr. Frimtzis was the first CEREC 3 provider in the valley (since 2002), and is currently the only dentist in the entire valley to offer laser dentistry using the DEKA Carbon dioxide soft-tissue laser.
Dr. Frimtzis is a member of various dental societies including the Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association, California Dental Society, Tri-County Dental Society, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Academy of Computerized Dentistry Of North America.
Dr. Frimtzis enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and riding his motorcycles.
